At 9:00 pm Beijing time on February 24th, Huawei
brought a new MateBook series notebook in Barcelona - HUAWEI MateBook 14.
Following the family-style full-screen design, the screen ratio is as high as
90%, and the upper left and right borders are only 4.9mm.
HUAWEI MateBook 14 also uses a 3:2 aspect ratio to
maximize screen display in web browsing, photo browsing, and TV video browsing.
It adopts 2160×1440 resolution HD display with 100% sRGB wide color gamut and
PPI of 185. Contrast up to 1000:1, 300 nits brightness (typical), whether it is
displaying high-definition pictures or playing Blu-ray video, it can bring
vivid details to the user, vivid and realistic, smooth and accurate professional
graphics and video processing, easy to use .
In terms of hardware configuration, it is equipped
with the latest 8th generation (Whiskey Lake) Intel® CoreTM i7-8565U processor,
NVIDIA® GeForce® MX250 discrete graphics card, PCIe high speed solid state drive.
In terms of battery life, it supports local 1080P video playback for 15 hours,
or normal office for 14 hours, or web browsing for 10.5 hours. The overall size
of the HUAWEI MateBook 14 is 307.5×223.8×15.9mm, which is about 1.49kg light
[individual version: 1.53 Kg; set version: 1.49Kg. With classic deep gray and
silver moon, the classic is light and restrained.
